President and publisher Terry Frendo is no stranger to the bodybuilding and fitness world, as he has been involved in the biz since the late 90′s. At the ripe age of 22 he took on a managerial position with Musclemag and Oxygen Magazines. Quickly proving himself, he moved up the corporate ranks to become the youngest Vice President (Advertising/Marketing) in the company’s history. In 2006, Terry founded Inside Fitness magazine; a magazine that has quickly grown to become Canada’s #1 fitness magazine. Capitalizing on more than a decade’s worth of hands on experience, Terry has not only pioneered the concept of a health, fitness and bodybuilding publication devoted exclusively to Canadians, but also such captivation editorial content as Hot & Fit 100 list and now the Inside Fitness Super Seminar. Easily being one of the most experienced and recognized hair and make up artists in the industry, Lori Fabrizio is also the the Creative Director for Inside Fitness. Lori has developed her very own cosmetic line: Lori Fabrizio Cosmetics Inc. Quickly after launching Lori Fabrizio Cosmetics online, it gained international appeal selling to women across the globe and also naturally integrated into Lori’s photo shoots.
Advertising/Marketing Manager Michelle Shaw has cultivated her passion for fitness, exercise and nutrition in all aspects of her life. With over 15 years of competitive soccer and dance training under her belt, she now channels that same dedication and passion into her career. Trading in her cleats for a portfolio case, she graduated and earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brock University within the Media and Culture stream. Now, by meshing her education, extensive world travels, and prior experiece in the bodybuilding and fitness magazine industry, Michelle has become an integral part of the team at IFM Media Inc.
Kelly Sheehan has been a “foodie” since a very young age. Starting with her Easy Bake Over and progressing to culinary courses at George Brown College and Le Cordon Blue in Paris. After her corporate career working for a major food company, she spent time in catering and started a Personal Chef business called “Thyme Savor”. Kelly also managed a retail culinary store and cooking school. Her fitness portfolio includes competitive swimming and lifeguarding, distance running, boxing, yoga, snowboarding and hockey and currently can be found either in the gym or on a soccer pitch.
