Toronto’s Melissa Karagianis is the epitome of fitness from both an athletic and aesthetic perspective. The 28-year old Toronto native began her martial arts training at a very young age in taekwondo and honed her craft ultimately to become the WKA (World Kickboxing Association) North American Muay Thai champion.
In November, Melissa launched her MMA career in Trinidad with an impressive victory over an elite American opponent and has other fights planned for 2016. On top of all this, she competed in the recent Fitness Star Model Search in Toronto and also plans to develop her competitive fitness career.
