With great excitement, we welcome Michelle Sugar to the Inside Fitness team. Michelle completed her PhD in Classics at the University of Western Ontario in April 2018 and she comes to Inside Fitness with more than seven years of experience as a writer and editor. Michelle has a keen interest in fitness, nutrition, physical and mental well-being, and staying on top of all the latest fitness trends. Her academic background and her passion for fitness make Michelle eager to produce interesting health and fitness articles and bring her unique perspective to Inside Fitness Magazine.
