The holidays are all about delicious seasonal drinks. Skip that long line at Starbucks and enjoy this nutritious and low-calorie protein smoothie instead!


(Serves 1)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

4 oz. coffee or espresso

3 – 4 drops peppermint extract

1 cup almond milk

6 ice cubes


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: if you don’t have a blender, simply combine all the ingredients in a shaker cup and enjoy this smoothie as a refreshing iced coffee.
