Healthy breakfast overnight oats with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut in a glass jar

Looking for a nutritious and delicious breakfast that you can take with you when you wake up 10 minutes before your first meeting of the day? How about a snack for when you’re craving something tasty, but don’t want to put in all the fuss of putting something together? Well then this is the recipe for you!


(Serves 1) 

½ cup milk (or almond milk) 
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup raspberries 
½ banana, sliced
1 tbsp coconut, shredded (optional)  


  1. In a large bowl, combine the milkoats, and cinnamon. 
  2. Place some of the mixture into the bottom of a cup or jar, and then put some of the raspberries and banana on top.  
  3. Add the rest of the milk/oatmeal/cinnamon mixture, and top with the shredded coconut.  
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least five hours).
