Perfect breakfast - coffee smoothie with blueberries, oats and almond milk.

It’s a universal fact: everyone loves chocolate. Enjoy this healthy sweet treat that’s packed with protein, antioxidants, and fibre and fuel your body post-workout.  

Ingredients: 

(Serves 1) 

 

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup blueberries 
1 tsp raw oats 
6 ice cubes 

Directions: 

  1. Set aside some raw oats and a few blueberries.  
  2. Combine the ingredients in a blender.  
  3. Blend until smooth.  
  4. Pour the mixture into a cup and top with the leftover raw oats and blueberries.  
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
