I signed up for a 1 Year/Annual Subscription. Where are my free downloads of the magazines?
I bought a digital issue but did not receive an email with a download link.
I checked my Junk Mail folder and there are no emails from Inside Fitness.
Something happened during account creation, I refreshed, and now it says my email is taken.
A while back, I changed my mind during the payment process via PayPal, but now want to set my account up. The site is telling me my email is taken when I try to register again.
I want to cancel my recurring subscription.
I have a monthly subscription and want to upgrade to the annual plan, but when I do so, both subscriptions are active.
I forgot to cancel my old subscription and got charged again. I want a refund.
