Does the Digital Subscription also give me hard copies in the mail?
No, all subscriptions on this site are digital in nature only. Hard copies can be picked up on newsstands across Canada. The Monthly and Annual subscriptions only provide online viewing and downloads of the magazines.
I signed up for a 1 Year/Annual Subscription. Where are my free downloads of the magazines?
Once your 1 Year/Annual sub is set up, the prices of Digital Issues in the online store will change to $0.00. Just add any Digital Issues to your cart, and check out with no extra payment needed. This is a required step in order to generate a personal download link for your account. Any downloads you add will appear in the Downloads section under the Overview tab in your Account page.
I bought a digital issue but did not receive an email with a download link.
It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to receive the link in your email. Please, also check your Junk Mail folder as automated emails often don’t get past spam filters. All digital downloads can be accessed from the Overview tab in your Account page.
I checked my Junk Mail folder and there are no emails from Inside Fitness.

Your account was created, but something went wrong during the payment/submission process. You should still be able to log in with the information you provided. You can finish any payments or subscription setup from your Subscriptions tab in your Account page. A while back, I changed my mind during the payment process via PayPal, but now want to set my account up. The site is telling me my email is taken when I try to register again.
Even if you didn’t finalize the payment, your account was created. You should still be able to log in with the information you provided. I want to cancel my recurring subscription.
No problem. You can cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions tab in your Account page. Note that Deleting a subscription removes any remaining time on your account from the database. Cancelling the subscription will take you to your PayPal account where you can finalize the cancellation.
I have a monthly subscription and want to upgrade to the annual plan, but when I do so, both subscriptions are active.
Our site supports a multi level system where users can have several subscription levels running at once (custom levels for special accounts). Make sure you cancel the subscription plan you want to replace from your Subscriptions tab in your Account page. As per our Terms and Conditions, we are not responsible for managing your pre-authorized payments.
I forgot to cancel my old subscription and got charged again. I want a refund.
As per our Terms & Conditions, you are responsible for managing your own pre-authorized payments via your PayPal account. You can use the ‘cancel’ link under each active subscription from the Subscriptions tab in your Account page. We do not issue refunds for recurring subs that a user ‘forgot to cancel’.
