Ingredients:

60g rolled oats

1 scoop protein powder (PVL Iso Sport Whey Chocolate Natural Series)
1 shot of espresso
4 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp ground flax (or chia seeds)
1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
50g banana

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl add rolled oats, flax seeds, and protein powder. Mix until incorporated.
  2. Pour espresso and boiling water over top and mix until oats absorb liquid. Adjust the water to make it the right consistency for you. 
  3. Add nut butter of choice, mix well
  4. Top with banana. Serve immediately 

Protein Energy Bites: Bite-Sized Bliss

Indulge in bite-sized bliss with these protein-packed treats bursting with the sweet-tart flavor of raspberries and the richness of dark chocolate. These energy bites are a guilt-free delight, perfect for on-the-go snacking or a post-workout refuel.

Ingredients:

1 scoop protein powder (PVL Iso Sport Whey Chocolate Natural Series)
¼ cup coconut flour
⅔ cup frozen or fresh raspberries 
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup water
1 tbsp coconut oil
100g dark chocolate

Directions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl mix protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa, raspberries, and water until well incorporated. 
  2. Form into bite-size balls and place on silicone or parchment lined paper and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. In the meantime, melt chocolate and coconut oil and set aside.
  4. Dip each ball into the coating and place back on the tray to freeze until set for 15-30 min)

Enjoy from the freezer or allow to dethaw for 1 minute before eating. 

Protein-Infused Yogurt Bowls: A Feast for the Senses

Transform your yogurt into a protein powerhouse with the addition of protein powder. Top it off with your favorite fruits, nut butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup for a decadent yet nutritious treat that will leave you feeling satisfied and nourished.

Ingredients:

150g Greek plain yogurt (0% or 2%)

1 tsp maple syrup, if desired

Directions:

  1. Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Top with fruit, nut butter, and maple syrup if desired.
  3. Enjoy cool (Add frozen fruit to make it similar to frozen yogurt).

Protein Tiramisu

Ingredients:

½ cup Greek plain yogurt

⅓ cup rolled oats
double shot of espresso
Cinnamon 

Directions:

  1. Soak oats with espresso for a minimum of 10 minutes. 
  2. In the meantime mix yogurt with protein powder. Set to the side.
  3. Top the yogurt mixture over the espresso oats.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon for taste.
  5. Set in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 3 hours. Enjoy straight from the fridge. 

Protein-Cake for ONE: Sweet Endings with a Healthy Twist

½ tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients and pour into an oven-safe bowl.
  2. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes or until the center of the toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Eat fresh from the oven (option top with nut butter of choice)
