Fuel up on antioxidants with this berry and chia seed smoothie
Berries always claim a spot on the various “healthiest foods” lists of the Internet, and
for good reason. While they are a great source of antioxidants on their own, they’re even more powerful when combined with chia seeds. These unprocessed seeds are also loaded with antioxidants, and some researchers believe they’re actually better for you than blueberries are. Chia seeds are great on yogurt, oatmeal, and salad, and even better
in this berry-chia shake.
