Ingredients:

1/2 cup strawberries 1/4 cup raspberries 1/4 cup blueberries 1 cup yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

Directions:

Place strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and freeze. You can bring this with you to work in the morning and it will be soft enough to eat by mid-morning.
