Mango Lassi Smoothie
You're going to want to drink this sweet, and just a little bit spicy, smoothie all summer long. In fact, why stop at summer? We think this will be a year round favourite -- so let's give it a try!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla whey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Add more water for desired consistency.
