Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
½ cup milk (or almond milk)
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup raspberries
½ banana, sliced
1 tbsp coconut, shredded (optional)
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the milk, oats, and cinnamon.

Place some of the mixture into the bottom of a cup or jar, and then put some of the raspberries and banana on top.

Add the rest of the milk/oatmeal/cinnamon mixture, and top with the shredded coconut.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least five hours).
