Ingredients:
2 tsp sesame oil
55 g rice noodles
60 g mushrooms
1/4 can garbanzo beans
60 g red pepper
90 g savoy cabbage
8 oz tempeh
2 tbsp tamari sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
- cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the box.
- whisk together the sesame oil and tamari. set aside.
- drain the garbanzo beans. cut up cabbage, tempeh, mushrooms and cabbage.
- add tempeh and veggies to a pan and pour oil mixture. cook on medium heat until tender.
- place noodles in a bowl and top with veggie mixture.
