New Brunswick is home to some of the most fascinating natural phenomenon in the world, let alone Canada. Thanks to its proximity to the Bay of Fundy (the highest tides in the world), the rivers through out the province have been known to create unique reactions to this dramatic ebb and flow of the water. This, sometimes, leads us to forget about the magnificent natural beauty that the province has as well.
Located on the southern tip of Barn Marsh Island, Cape Enrage is defined by its 50m cliffs and a large reef that causes particularly violent water. It is a spot known for shipwrecks, and is claimed as one of the best spots to see the Bay of Fundy – though for those of you looking for adventure, the spot also hosts ziplining and rappelling.
So, if you’re in the area, be sure to check out the cape and get a little enraged!
