No, all subscriptions on this site are digital in nature only. Hard copies can be picked up on newsstands across Canada. The Monthly and Annual subscriptions only provide online viewing and downloads of the magazines.

It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to receive the link in your email. Please, also check your Junk Mail folder as automated emails often don’t get past spam filters. All digital downloads can be accessed from the Overview tab in your Account page.

Even if you didn’t finalize the payment, your account was created. You should still be able to log in with the information you provided. You can finish any payments or subscription setup from your Subscriptions tab in your Account page. If you are unable to log in, please use the form below to contact Support, and we will try to assist you as soon as we are able.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

As per our Terms & Conditions, you are responsible for managing your own pre-authorized payments via your PayPal account or your IFM Account. You can use the ‘cancel’ link under each active subscription from the Subscriptions tab in your Account page. We do not issue refunds for recurring subs that a user ‘forgot to cancel’.
