Tiramisu Protein Pancakes

This recipe is so easy -- we're impressed and we're pretty sure you will be too.
Ingredients
60g oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (preferred brand)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
100 ml almond milk
1 shot of espresso
pinch of baking soda
Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into heated non stick pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook for 1 minute more.
- Continue until all mix has been used -- should make about 5 pancakes.
